New Patients
Dr. Rosie is currently accepting new patients up to age 4 due to her current patient panel size.
We are pleased to start scheduling new patients up to age 18 for August 1, 2023 and beyond with our new pediatrician, Dr. Christina Tran.
Only patients who will be fully vaccinated by the CDC recommended schedule will be accepted at Wishing Well Children's Clinic
Expecting
Dr. Rosie would be delighted to meet you before your baby's arrival. The prenatal visit will include a tour of the office, review of office policies and services and address any questions. Please call the office to make an appointment.
Newborns
Generally, newborns are seen within 2-3 days of discharge. Call the office for an appointment once the hospital pediatrician has discharged your baby and given recommendations regarding follow-up. Please bring the hospital documents including newborn summary, hearing screen results, newborn screen slip and vaccine record.
Transferring Care
We are accepting new patients for check-ups, sick appointments or establishing care for chronic conditions as the initial visit at Wishing Well Children's Clinic. Please complete the medical release form to release immunization records, growth charts and a medical summary to us from your previous pediatrician. For chronic conditions such as ADD, depression and asthma, we require either documentation from the previous physician or the last medications filled brought in for the initial visit.
